Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. Work setting: Regional sports club. Various locations. Ski - alpine. Tasks: Carry out management duties. Develop well planned competitive schedules and programs . Plan, develop and implement training and practice sessions. Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games. Participate in coaching clinic instruction. Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance. Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Level 2 Certificate in Coaching. Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel regularly. Willing to travel overnight. Travel expenses paid by employer. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Leadership. Excellent oral communication.
