We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable *Residential HVAC Helper* to support our installation and service teams. *Key Responsibilities:* * Assist HVAC installers and technicians with residential system installations and replacements * Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites * Help with removal and cleanup of old equipment and material * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite * Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times * Provide professional and respectful service when interacting with homeowners *Qualifications:* * Previous HVAC is an asset (but not required) * Interest in pursuing a career in the HVAC trades * Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record * Ability to handle multiple tasks during busy periods * Strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial, can?do attitude * Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude * Ability to work independently and as part of a team We offer competitive compensation, benefits, hands?on training, and opportunities to grow into apprentice and technician roles within a trusted and well?established organization Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance Experience: * HVAC: 1 year (required) Language: * English (required) Work Location: In person- Location Calgary, AB
