*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer/Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing systems demonstrating proficiency in installation and maintenance. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and equipment to ensure optimal system performance. *Duties* * Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings according to specifications and building codes. * Plumbing installation and repair * Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and reliability. * Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians, to complete installations effectively. * Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to understand system layouts. * Conduct troubleshooting of HVAC systems to identify issues and implement appropriate solutions. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on job sites. * Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory of parts used. *Skills* * Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, plumbing, welding, and boiler operations. * Experience in maintenance tasks related to HVAC installations and repairs. * Proficiency in reading schematics and technical documents for effective installation processes. * Background in construction or mechanic experience is highly desirable. * Familiarity with appliance repair techniques is a plus. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
