HVAC Service Technician ? Barrie & Surrounding Area Palm Air Group is a growing HVAC contractor serving residential and commercial customers throughout Barrie, Simcoe County, Muskoka, and surrounding communities. We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. Compensation: * $30.00?$45.00 per hour * Based on experience, licensing, qualifications, and demonstrated skill level What We Offer: * Company vehicle * Uniforms and PPE provided * Full-time, year-round employment * Ongoing training and development * Opportunities for advancement * Supportive team environment * No seasonal layoffs Responsibilities: * Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC equipment * Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, water heaters, HRVs, and ductless systems * Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal inspections * Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and control-related issues * Complete service documentation and work orders accurately * Communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers * Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude at all times Qualifications: * G2 Gas Technician License (G1 considered an asset) * ODP Certification * Valid G Driver?s License with clean abstract * Experience servicing residential and/or commercial HVAC equipment * Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team New G2 graduates are encouraged to apply.
